I can't stop laughing when seeing this ad :)Actually it's really funny, technically it's good because it retains attention but strategically it isn't, at all, this kind of message can be insulting for some of your potential customers.
what do over weighted people like this lady will think about it ? I don't think that they will run to subscribe in this fitness center.

well; marketing have always said to costumers "we know the problem you have, and we can solve it"
that's the main message, i think, in every communication company. So, i don't think this add is harmfull for costumers...
if it is, so 90% of the other ads are too
